Battalion Chief Chris Miller is responsible for all operations performed by the career personnel. He ensures standards are met and personnel are trained.

Captain Chris Madden is responsible for day to operations including responding to calls and ensuring incidents are mitigated in an efficient and safe manner.
​
Chief Miller and Captain Madden are administrative personnel and work a M-F schedule 8 am until 5 pm.
